What do you mean? Bluetooth waves, like radio frequencies are invisible. Or do you mean your bluetooth is grayed out?
If IOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim...
Can you provide some additional information? Have you turned Bluetooth on in Settings or Control Center? What device are you trying to connect with?
i can not send photo till from my brother iphon because he couldnt see my blutoth

You are right, but interestingly enough I was able to beam a photo from my iPad 3 (which doesn't do AirDrop) to my iPhone 5 within the Photo app.
Well, that's interesting! I will have to try that as I have the same devices.
Do you mean the built in photo App or iPhoto? I believe that's a feature of iPhoto, not the built in Photo app.
It may have been iPhoto Tim, age is fogging my memory.
