Deauthorization trouble

I tried authorize my apple ID in itunes but it says that i already have 5 comps authorized. When i try to deauthorize them going into my account the option to deauthorize all five at once the option isn't listed. I've never had to deauthorize before so i dont think its the once a year thing appiles. Is ther any other reason the deauthorization button won't appear? has the website been changed or is ther a new policy? I may be lookin in the wrong spot. I was in account information and it had Apple ID, Payment Information, and Shipping Information as tabs i could edit and change. But no computer authorizations, or deauthorize all.
