How can I get my photos from a deactivated phone?

I got a new phone (a 5) and have realized thaat my 300+ pictures did not get transferred to my computer before they deactivated it at the store. Is there any way I can get these pictures off the phone or have I lost them forever? The 3g phone is no longer connected to the internet as they just moved my number to the new phone.

iPhone 3G, iOS 6.1.3

If you still physically have the iPhone 3G then you can create an iTunes backup of it (or import the photos to your computer and sync them to the new phone.

If you do not have the phone, then you have lost them forever, unless you have some form of backup.
