Why can't I download apps over 100mb on 3G?

I have an all-you-can-eat data plan,

yet AppStore won't let me download apps over a certain size!!

I don't have wifi though!

How can I change this to allow me to download apps any size?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2, No wifi. Only 3G.

Sorry, but you cannot change it. The store has a hard limit on the maximum size of what it will allow to be downloaded over any cellular data connection. The only solution at this time is to find a wifi node or download in iTunes on your computer via a wired ISP connection.

You can submit feedback to Apple to let them know you would like this changed
