The Late 2013 iMac needs a special Boot Camp software that you can't download from the Apple site. In other words, the Boot Camp support software you downloaded isn't supported on your Mac.

Open Boot Camp Assistant and follow the steps. To install Windows, note that you need a legal product key and a full 64-bit Windows 7 or 8 version. See > http://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1636/en_US/boot_camp_install-setup_ 10.8.pdf

You have to choose the partition size before copying the Windows files, which is the first installation step. After opening Boot Camp Assistant, make sure that the option to install Windows is ticked, so you will be able to choose the partition size.

However, as you said that you already copied Windows files, maybe you have already installed Windows. I am confused

If you haven't copied the ISO to a USB drive, do it. Open Boot Camp Assistant, tick that option and follow its steps.

Then, use Disk Utility to reduce the space of your OS X partition. Open Disk Utility, select the hard at the top of the sidebar and go to Partition tab. You will see a bar with your OS X partition, so select it at the bottom right of the bar and drag it above until you have freed up the space you want to use for Windows. Finally, press Apply.

After that, restart your computer, hold the Option key while your computer is starting and choose your USB drive. In the partitioning step, choose the unpartitioned space and go to Advanced options > New. Finally, press Next and the Windows installation will start. Install the Boot Camp drivers after installing it
