Blue/Pink/Purple full screen running flash

Hey Guys,

I've got a very annoying problem.

All full screen video in chrome when put full screen looks like this:

Here's the issue, if the video goes into full screen mode using mac's full screen (where it says "Example as gone full screen, allow?" at the top), it's fine, it's just when making something full screen in youtube or something.

It also has done it in the Leap Motion orientation, so I'm thinking flash-based full-screen? VLC full screen is fine, so is DVD player.

It doesn't do it when running safari though!!

Help!

I'm running a 2012 Mac Pro with 10.8.5, Dual ATI Radeon HD 5770 dual-link DVI to dual ultra sharps, it happens on both monitors (each monitor has dedicated graphics card).

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), Mid-2012 Mac Pro

If you have Dual 5770s, you already own the test equipment you need.

Re-arrange the graphics cards, adapters and monitors. The idea is to see what Hardware the problem is following.

Example: swap cards. The problem occurs on the same card with each cable and each display. Conclusion: Problem is in the card.

Hey Grant,

My issue is that it happens on both displays, which means both graphics cards. The computer is about 3 months old and this problem just started overnight about a month ago, what are the odds that both cards became faulty at the same time with the same issue?

Could it be a flash driver problem?

It doesn't do it when running safari though!!

My impression is that Chrome does not use the same FlashPlayer that everyone else does. That lines up with your assesment that it could be a Flash Player problem.
