i installed viber using same apple id for the 1st time. now the problem is only one can access viber at a time though both iphone uses different numbers and apple id. what can be the problem? what is the solution?

I believe viber is tied to your phone no rather than Apple ID. You can be reached in viber if people call you in the two diff no you have.

This is a known issue that appears when using the same iTunes account for two iPhones.
We fixed this issue in our next release (4.0.x) scheduled to be released next month.
Another option to work around the issue is the following:
1. Reset the new device to factory settings ( On your iPhone :Go to Setting ->General->Reset->Erase all content and settings.
2. Do not use the Restore option on iTunes, Install all the applications including Viber from the App Store
