Oct 19, 2013 4:29 AM in response to Phantommupetby Skydiver119,It's not perfect but you have a bit more control if you go in through the photos app, choose your photo, 'send' it to be wallpaper by tapping that little box with an arrow coming out of it. You can do some scaling and positioning there, but not as much as you used to.
people have found the larger resolution your photo is to begin with the better it works.

Oct 19, 2013 4:56 AM in response to Phantommupetby David Shanahan,The bottom line is it's a bug. Doesn't work on iPad, seems to work fine on the iPhone. Next wek they're introducing new iPads, will probably have new version of iOS too (7.0.3? 7.1?) to go with 'em. Hopefully it'll fix it.
