What does this mean? "Insecure Startup Item disabled."

I have just upgraded my systen to ML and now I get this message after the desktop comes up.

>Insecure Startup Item disabled.

“/Library/StartupItems/ChmodBPF” has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings.

I have checked for the location of this and cannot find it.

Anyone seen this and was able to repair?

Also having other issues with the calendar, all kinds of error messages, but that Is another discussion.

Other than that ML seems to be working correctly.

Thanks,

Ray

Okay, after a week of having a similar problem and trying to find a solution I think I found one and it worked for me, perhaps you, as well. I opened Finder. Went to Go and clicked on Computer. I clicked on MacIntosh HD. Clicked on Library. Click on SatrtupItems and found the file I was looking for. I then dragged the file to trash. Let me know if this solved the problem.
