Q: Not pulling up any photos from iPhone

I keep trying to plug my husband's iPhone into our iMac via USB to upload photos from his phone. iPhoto recogizes the iPhone, and on the phone it asks if I want to trust the computer each time I plug it in. I say "trust", but iPhoto never pulls any photos up from his phone! What is going on!?!? Usually I just plug my iPhone in and there are all the photos! Why isn't it working with my husband's phone? Help!!

Are there any photos in the Camera Roll on his phone?

Might also look for the images at the top of the import windows listed as "already imported."

Another thing to check is an application in your Applications Folder named 'Image Capture.' Gives you another window into the iPhone, and should show you everything available to be imported.
