Windows on a MacBook Pro

I finally made the switch to Intel with a 17¨ MacBook Pro 2.53 GHz with 4GB RAM and 512 MB Graphics Card.

So I´m wondering what´s the best option to use/install Windows on this machine and what version. I will only

use it (Windows) for light use, just for windows apps and such.
