Safari does not work

I've got iOS 7.0.2 running on my iPhone 5. Out of the blue, Safari displays a blank white screen, If I try to load a new window, its as if its hung. If I got to SETTINGS / SAFARI and click it, it feels as if it has hung there as well. I've already reset my network settings. I'm trying to avoid Resetting my entire phone, or reloading the OS if I can help it.

Hey Boston Bagger,

If you don't want to attempt to reset the iPhone, then the first thing I would do is try force closing Safari and reopen it, which you can find out how to do here:

iOS: Force an app to close

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5137

Then, if that doesn't work, clear cookies and data and re-test:

To clear all cookies from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data.

via: iOS: Safari web settings

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1677

If none of those work, then I would still try resetting your device:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

via: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
