I also have an iphone5 with frozen screen. Phone will not turn off, and slide to unlock does not do anything.
The steps that I have taken are:
a) Attempted to turn off.
b) Tried a reset.
c) Cleaned my screen cover.
d) Asked Suri to unfreeze my screen.
None of these steps worked. Please provide any suggestions on who to unlock my iphone screen.
this is exactly my problem and the steps I have taken to no avail. Does anyone have a suggestion?
