How do I make the video go to full screen automatically?

Using iBooks Author, I understand that autoplay is only available for the inroduction video. But I have seen in the Life of Pi: Movie Companion which is locked in landscape mode that the videos all pop to full screen when play is tapped. Any advice (in simple as possible layman's terms) on how to make this happen would be grewatly appreciated.
