Icloud- Email and Password change

So recently I got a new Iphone 4s, and I restored it from a back-up however, this back-up uses my old email for Icloud, and Itunes. I can change it for Itunes easily to my recent one. While with Icloud it wont let me. I can't delete the account either as I need the password, but i can't remember it, and I can't get it sent by email as the email used doesn't exist anymore, as the company (that school set me up with) went bankrupt. And I tried entering my date of birth but it says that its not right. I then tried to restore the iphone and erase all content etc, however it won't let me because Find My Phone is on and I can't turn it off. 😟 If someone can help me I will be really grateful as I dont know what to do. I even put in another simcard but it still wants my old icloud account password.
