Changing Pages Business card template.

Pages business card templates would suit my needs if I could make minor changes to the template - that is remove the fax and web url items. Right now it looks like I have to change every card on the page but obviously there is stored a single template that has been propagated across the page. How can I get to that single template and change it?

I am not interested in any solution that involves cutting and pasting when it should be easy to change (or duplicate as new) the single, original, template.
