Q: iPod stuck on 'connect to iTunes' and iTunes stuck on 'The iPod software update server could not be contacted'

I have downloaded the latest iOS 6.1.3. for iPod Touch 4th Generation last night and I installed it this afternoon. At first, it was working as usual but then, it showed connect to iTunes. I did what it want to, but my iTunes gave me the iPod software update server could not be contacted.

I have tried (on iTunes):

• Changing laptop to computer
• Reinstalled
  • Got a problem on iTunes Library.itl newest version. But, fixed it and still not working.
• Unplug and plug my network back
• C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc/Host

There is still no luck.

I have asked Uncle Google and Youtube and I haven't found one.

Do anyone know to fix this?
