How to post to Instagram from photo album?

What is it you don't understand? The OP's question was answered. You can't upload to Instagram from the Photos app. You'll need to use the Instagram app.

I have teh instagram app at the iphone but I can not share my own photos at instagram

I only can share it at facebook

the message says to go to definitions--> photos--> and to 'open' the app instagram

but the instagram app isn't listed there, while others 6 or 7 are, inclusivley the faceb so I share throu facebook

but

before the iphone was damaged

i shared at instagram and, from there, to facebook

have I been a bir more clear :-)

The only way to share your photos to Instagram is to use the Instagram app. If you're having difficulty with the Instagram app, you should check with Instagram for assistance. It's not an Apple product.

But, try this. Open the Instagram app. Tap the camera app in the center in tthe bottom. Tap the thumbnail at the bottom left that shows the most recent picture in your camera roll. Select the picture you want to post to Instagram.

that was the way I used to share photos.

but, now, when I do it, apears un advice that send me to

definitions --> 'permitions'

I must aloud instagram to acess my photos

and

chhosing privacity & ...

to define instagram as'on'

but

Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and Vimeo are the only services you can log into directly through iOS 7. To post to Instagram, you're going to need to use the App.

I agree. I don't really use Flickr or Vimeo and could do without them.
