Itunes errorcode 2324

Hi guys i really need some help! I just tried to update itunes to the latest version 11.1, but suddenly it wouldn´t download more. So i stopped the download and then it lagged. So i opened the joblist and deleted that job. Now my Itunes won´t open. And i can´t delete it from my computer. It says "there is an unexpected problem under the instalation of this package. This might mean, that there is a problem with this package. Errorcode is 2324." Mine was on danish so i ain´t sure if it the same in the english version. Please help me!
