May 19, 2014 3:56 AM in response to peter_wattby Everett19,OK - I think I have found it. Because the headline was to give RAW capability for digital cameras, I did not read the small print. Thanks for your help.

May 21, 2014 1:06 PM in response to Gerrit7by doogles,Yes, I'm happy that USB syncing of Contacts is back, but I don't think it's working properly on my phone. iPhone 3GS-ios6 - fully updated)
When I choose "Sync Contacts" and "All Contacts", it appears that some contacts have been synced, but others have not.
The problem is that in the period that iTunes / Mavericks lost the ability to USB sync, I added or modified contacts on the phone AND my iMac Contacts seperately.
For example, I added Joe Jones to my iMac Contacts, ran a Sync in itunes, but Joe Jones doesn't show up on the phone. However I modified someones contact information on the phone and it was updated on the iMac.
And I can't erase the phone contacts and start over because I don't want to loose newly entered contacts.
This seems to go against the logic of what "sync" means? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
