Partial album track download from iCloud

ITunes on my HP Windows machine downloaded an album I purchased on my iPone 5 (Oblivion soundtrack). But I can't access the Booklet included (adobe says the file was corrupted).

Additionally certain tracks only partially downloaded. During playback they cut out after a random (but the same every time played) portion of the whole track. ITunes moves on to the next track.
