Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If your phones are not backing up to iCloud, make sure all the following conditions from our troubleshooting article apply:
iCloud: Troubleshooting creating an iCloud backup
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3992
How do I make sure that my iOS device is backed up regularly?
To set your iOS device to back up automatically, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup and turn on iCloud Backup. When iCloud Backup is turned on, iCloud automatically backs up your iOS device daily. This daily backup can occur only when the device meets all of these conditions:
- The device is connected to a power source.
- The device is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi.
- The device's screen is locked.
To back up your device manually:
- Connect the device to a power source and make sure that you are also connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup and tap Back Up Now.
Regards,
Jeremy

I've tried all that. Nothing worked.
Does anyone know what this could be. All four of my iPhones haven't been able to iCloud back up since I upgraded to iOS7.
Right now, I'm backing up over my PC. But that won't last long. A little tired of the M company. And very much spoiled by Apple support.
