It was given to me for free from a family member. First time using a Mac ever. I notice things are a little different. It was given to me with not cords.
1. what do I need to hook it to my vizio 32" hdtv?
2. will a pc power cord work?
3. It has no OS what OS should I install?

2. Does it have the same connector as the G5 has?
3. OSX Leopard/10.5.8 is the highest it can run, there are a few old PPC Linux distros that may work also.

* Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor
minimum system requirements
* 512MB of memory (I say 1.5GB for PPC at least, 2-3GB minimum for IntelMacs)
* DVD drive for installation
* 9GB of available disk space (I say 30GB at least)
Classic/OS9 Apps no longer supported.

Trouble is Apple no longer sells it, check eBay & such for the Retail version, not the Gray Discs...

My G5 has the ADC and DVI-I combination. It has no OS, but I can just buy the retail leopard disc and install with no prerequisites? also which combination of cables or adaptors would you got with to get the best picture, I looked at a DVI-I to VGA adaptor then simply running a VGA from it to my TV or this cable I saw which is just DVI-I to VGA.
A DVI->VGA adapter should work fine for Display, Sound of course would require a seperate connection.
With the proper Install Disc, (Retail), & assuming it doesn't have other problems, then you shouldn't have any problems installing on it.
Meant to say adapter OR DVI->VGA cable should wotk fine, DVI-I carries both Digital, (DVI-D), & Analog, (DVI-A), Analog needed for VGA of course.
