Hi,
My iphone 5 screen is cracked and the headphone jack is stuck in the socket so I do not have any sound as it thinks it is in permanent headphone mode, calls can only be made on speaker. If I go into an apple store in the UK would they be able to replace it there for a refurbished one and if so what is the cost?
Can anyone advise if I back up my phone on icloud will all my apps be saved aswell??

When paying the OOW fee, is the replacement phone that they provide new or refurbished? Also, do they replace like for like? I have an iphone 5 32gb, will they definitely replace with the same model/memory capacity if paying the £209?

You get a refurbished one identical to what you had if you are still under Apple's one year warranty.
