How can I e-sign with my CAC/Smart Card on a Macbook Pro?

I have a macbook pro, and I also have pkard for mac. I am looking for a way to sign xfdl files with my cac/smartcard. I am open to purchasing 3rd party software, just frustrated with the lack of a solution. Thanks to anyone who can offer support.

If it isn't listed here, http://militarycac.com/apple.htm, it is likely not available. The program would have to support it, and if it doesn't, there isn't a way to make it work.
