Cannot Upload ID

The same error with me. what's the solution ?

I have this same problem. Still waiting for Apple to response. I think this should be a shame for apple.

2 days and I don't have reply from Apple Support, i can't use my license which I paid for...

I have this same issue and supports answer was to reset Safari if that didn't work have to wait until Monday to call in

I do not I was escalated to a senior support person and she sent me the same email I had received before with a different link in it that gives me the same result. At this point I am very displeased with this program. I will update as soon as I have a solution.

i open a Support Ticket with a Website-Bug-Discription. But i have not an anwser yet.

I will update this Thread, when i have an Solution via E-Mail Support.

I had the same problem. Suddenly it starts working I sent ID Card and they still don't reply ;/ I wait for my license for 1 week

stilI have this issue now <2 years later> this is ridiculous apple. Fix your email link! The problem is that the link they send us in the verification email is in the wrong format. It is a x-webdoc instead of a standard link. Something is broken on their server.

We are just other users, and can't do anything about it, so instead of tacking onto a 2+ year old thread, provide feedback or a bug report to Apple.

i figured out the problem. if anyone else has this issue go to https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/ - that is the correct link
