Q: iPhone 5S audio not working with 2014 Buick Intellilink

I recently purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave with Intellilink. My iPhone 5S pairs with the system. My contacts are in the phone book, it plays music as an iPod through the system, etc. The only glitch is that when I make or receive a call from the Enclave, the audio is silent. When I make a call, I don't hear anything. When someone calls me, I can hear my phone ring through the system, but cannot hear the call after it's been answered. I have tried numerous fixes, but nothing works. Any other suggestions?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2

    This is the exact problem I have with my new purchase iphone 5s, contrary to this my husbands new iphone 5 pairs, connects rings and recieves calls. However my phone loads all contacts, informs me that its connected but silence. Both phones are on 8.02. I have had no support since buying this phone four days ago as I bought it from carphone warehouse, the Apple store have said that I need to go to them. The Carephone warehouse store say its and Apple update issue. I phoned my Apple store local and spoke to an advisor from Tennesse lovely though she was I live in South West England. To conclude I have a phone less than one week old, that will not call.To add insult to injury I have a two year contract.

    My iphone 4s was running on the update and worked.

    I had this exact problem with 5s that was working fine for over a year, then audio cut out. I thought I had messed up settings or something. I just fixed by removing my phone and adding my wife's phone (as a test) and her phone worked. When I removed her phone and added mine again it worked.
