Q: Cannot play selected tunes

When I click on a song to play in itunes there is an exclamation mark at the side and it says the song could not be used because the original file could not be found. whould you like to locate it? I have not worked out how to do this or why its happening.

    Hello Sue4159,

     

    It sounds like you have an exclamation point to the left of your song and it will not play. Usually that means that the file for the song has been deleted or moved and iTunes cannot find it. I would recommend the steps in this article to help you try and find it:
