How to disable remembering ssh key passwords?

When connecting to the host through terminal (type ssh -i $key $name@$host) keychain asks for a password to $key and offers to save it. If you do not mark the checkbox "save password" it will be requested again when reconnecting. If the connection made by bash script which forms line (ssh -i $key $name@$host), keychain asks the same, but when reconnecting do not required enter the password of the ssh key again (until the end of the user session), and connected automatically. Why? And how to disable it?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
