I have a Macbook a1181, and im wondering what I can download to make it more personal? Can I download iOS Mountain Lion and it still work like a new Macbook? Any suggestions?

Your computer can run Mountain Lion, however, you are going to want to make sure it has enough RAM. If you have only 2 GB that is the bare minimum that you need to run Mountain Lion and it is going to cause Mountain Lion to run kind of slow and you may not be happy with the performance you'll get out of the computer unless you upgrade that some more. Also, just so you know, iOS is for the tablets and phones, the computers don't run the iOS, they run the OS X...
Check via Software Update whether further updates are required.

To use iCloud you have to upgrade at least to Lion, but some functions are only available in Mountain Lion:
