I can't scroll through the page using mouse. I have to take the pointer to the scroll bar or use the key board

I can't scroll through the pages. I have to use the scroll bar or the key board to move up and down.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1, Purchase from app store.

To clean the scroll-ball on a wired mouse, invert it and roll it around on a piece of white paper, such as copy paper. This usually helps remove debris that can keep it from scrolling properly in all directions.
