com.apple.iPhoto.plist iphoto is not syncing my photos

where can i find this "com.apple.iPhoto.plist" to delete? i have read that when your iphoto is not sync with your iphone you must delete that but i have no idea where to even find that file or whatever it is? i have a lot of screen shot images on my phone so maybe thats what it is ive read as well? but at least three of them have gotten synced bt only those, please help! my phone has been acting up a lot recently so im in need of a restore and i cant until i sync my photos,

HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder.


However, on 10.7 or later the Your Name/Library folder is hidden, so to get to it: Hold the option (or alt) key while clicking on the Go menu in Finder to access the User Library)
