Mac book pro running slow

hi guys, recently my macbook pro has been running slow and i ve look at other discussions and tried them but not working ive run the diagnositics test.

any help will be much appreciated.

Uninstall the Symantec software - all of it - according to the developer's instructions, and reboot. You're Mac should be a bit (if not leaps and bounds) faster than before. You don't need Symanatec for anything.
