How to change dock back to normal

Hey everyone, I need help with something I dont understand.

Yesterday I typed in the command: defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -bool yes;killall Dock into terminal because I wanted a way to customise my dock because I didnt like the plain one. But it ended up making it worse and I would like my old dock back. Any command or help would be appreciated. P.S: If you have any cool programs for customising the dock on OS X mountain lion please suggest below.
