can't download itunes 11.1 error 2324

I can't install itunes 11.1 on my computer, keep getting error 2324. First I tried upgrading the old one, didn,t removed it and tried to install all over again, keep getting error 2324, can somebody help me? I have got a windows computer and iPhone 4S, ios 7.02
