Copying numeric values by dragging the cell

Is there a way to copy a numeric value exactly as it is when copying by dragging the bottom right corner of a cell through the cells you are trying to copy that numeric value into? Every time I try this, it changes the numbers that is being pasted. - For example, if I'm trying to copy and paste "100" into 5 other cells by dragging the bottom right corner, I get "101, 102, 103, 104, 105". The only way I'm able to correctly paste in "100" is to paste it into each cell one at a time by choosign the paste (command v) function.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Clicking in a cell then dragging up or down, selects multiple cells.

To change the data in a cell, click the cell and type in a value.

To paste data into a cell or row or column, copy the data from the source, click in the first cell then command V

Thanks Gary, I'm having trouble with copying dates via this method. If I type a date in a cell (ex: 10/3/13) and want to copy that date into other cells, I have to copy and paste 1 at a time. If I try to drag the bottom right corner to do this (whicy typically copies data) it changes the year of the values it's pasting. I can't figure out how to get it to stay the same. I've attached a screenshot for reference. In the screenshot I typed the date into the first cell, then dragged the bottom right corner into the other cells to copy that date, but as you'll see it did not copy the date exactly.

Dates and times cant be entered into Keynote, there are no formatting options for this.

You can do this in more sophisticated spread sheet applications but not Keynote.
