i got an email saying my account had been frozen....

it had a link "click here to validate your account" I did it and entered all info like cc and social. now i'm worried that maybe it was a scam or something

It's a scam. Change your passwords and talk to your credit card issuer. Now.

I'll emphacize what Roger said; you fell for a scam. You need to call your credit card company immediately and report what you did so they can freeze your account and, most likely, issue you a new card. You also need to immediately change the password to your Apple ID as well as any other online service for whom you gave them information.

Do not delay taking these steps even for one second, or you risk serious financial loss and impact on your credit.
