How do I get rid of songs from iCloud?

I got rid of an album in my phone just because I got tired of listening to it. A few weeks later the album suddenly shows up on shuffle and it has a cloud symbol next to it. I didn't add it back to my phone and it wont let me delete it normally. How can I delete it?
