Has anyone else seen battery cycle counts upwards of 1700?

I'm just curious what high cycle counts are out there. I've got 1742 on my Late 2007 Black Macbook and I still get three hours of charge. This is strange, no?

It is strange, yes. Your battery reaches it's maximum cycle count after 300 cycles, according to apple. This equates to ~80% of it's original full charge capacity, measured in mAH. Your current full charge capacity should be much lower than what it is, given you have exceeded the maximum cycle count almost 6X over. There are worse issues to have 😎
