Hi,

For work I have to take test in IE they will not work in any other browser is there a way to make IE run on my MacBookPro 10.8.5 i5? I hate windows 8 so much i bought this thinking it would be okay but it wasn't I can get all the way to the test but wont even load it?

Enable Safari's Develop menu, then choose a user agent that placates whatever ill-conceived webpage you need to use.

If that does not work try Firefox. Some websites that render oddly in Safari might work with Firefox. Firefox has plugins that allow you to specify the user agent in the same manner - here is one:


https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/


Then tell your employer's IT geniuses that requiring a specific browser is short-sighted, and requiring IE for anything any more is profoundly stupid.
