I try to update Battery Health but it starts downloading Mountain Lion!

Hello,

A few months ago I bought Mountain Lion from the App Store but didn't install it. Now, when I tried to update Battery Health, it downloaded Mountain Lion. I do not want to download this. I restarted my computer and it has paused the download of Mountain Lion. But now, my Launchpad icon has a blank progress bar under it, this is annoying. Also, I do not want the Mountain Lion installer to appear in my Launchpad. This is really annoying and frustrating, and scary! Please help, someone!
