HELP: I'm trying to download free apps. App store asks to improve Apple ID Security answering to 3 questions. But there are no questions! And I can't download anything. Has it ever happened to you guys?

i did as you say, but the problem couldnt be solved.
what should i do now? i couldnt download any app since it keeps asking me to improve my apple id :-(

Hey guys.
I updated the software a few days later my post. It has been working since then. Very likely there was bug that they fixed with a newer release. Otherwise I would have scheduled an appointment with the Genius Centre.

Got similar problem on ios 9.1.
I get the 3 questions to choose and input personal answers. Then continue, "still want to buy the app?". I say "ok" then asks for password then proposes the same set of questions to choose from and the same loop continues. So I can't buy!
NOt very good for Appstore profits!
