iCal alerts allowing time to get to location

With iOS 7, the control centre tells me how long it would take me to get to my next appointment. On busy days, I need to make sure I leave for my next meeting allowing time to get there. Since the iPhone already knows that, is there a way to get iCal to alert me say 10 minutes plus the time needed to get there?
