Q: SIRI tells me the time when I start iPad. No buttons work including the Slide to Unlock. Need help unlocking.

I have done hard shut down and this did not resolve issue.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.2

What is a hard shut down? Did you hold down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen? You have to wait until the logo shows up on the screen before you let go of the buttons.

I think you have voiceover enabled. Try triple clicking the home button and turn off voiceover. Also, see this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018
