There are High Quality Third Party chargers that are specifically made for iPhones. Please differentiate between Counterfeit/Fakes (Illegal Products) and Third Party Original Products (Legal Products). Even Apple sells Third Party Cables and Chargers in their shops Online/Offline.

Some Third Party accessories are even BETTER in quality than Apple accessories and they even costs MORE.

Given recent events it is wise to use Made for iPhone chargers or there is a good chance they will not work. And that are a LOT of counterfeit chargers out there that say they are Apple, or conform to standards, but they actually don't.

Some Third Party manufacturer such as Belkin, Baseus, and Cap Dase accessories are even BETTER than the Original Apple accessories. All Apple accessories are Made in China but with good Quality Control and so do other good Third Party Brands.

My iPhone 6s original charger came out defective out of the box it causes my touchscreen to lockup and jump around while charging and YES I did had it replaced in Authorized Apple Center but even the replacement did the same thing. Just FYI the said charger was a iPhone 6s a1399 (Salcomp) original charger came with the phone in the box.

Exactly, and as for Earphones I would personally never use apple products because for me they sound crappy. There are many other Third Party earphones manufacturers who produces BETTER quality earphones than Apple.

If the accessories are certified for use with an iPhone they will work. I never use Apple earbuds (for the same reason as you) but any I would use are at prices that make the Apple ones look very cheap. As to other accessories:

Apple patented the lightning cables and genuine copies are licenced and are available from the premium manufacturers .The cheap versions are almost certainly unlicenced knockoffs

Apple genuine items cables and charger units will work as expected. No-one can predict how a cheap backstreet copy will work

Third-party chargers are OK thanks to industry standards but always use Apple or Apple-approved cables.
