Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with audio when using the Vine app. In my experience, this will happen if the Ring/Silent switch is activated (showing red). First, try enabling audio by toggling the Ring/Silent switch on the side of the iPhone.

If the Ring/Silent switch is not activated and you are not able to hear audio with any other apps without your headphone being connected, I recommend following the steps in this article:
