cannot get iTunes to open

Windows 7 system. Apple says it is updated. Tried the b noir fix with moving quick time files, but couldn't get them to move as it required something from the administrator. I know I am the administrator but could not figure it out. . No error message just won't open. Re-booted too many times to count.


Any suggestions?
