invalid license

Hi everyone, I have my phone for almost two years without complain, but suddenly when I tryed to access to wifi I received the next message

"Web Page Bloqued

An error ocurred while trying to rate the website using the webfiltering service

Web filter service error: invalid license"

I tryed since yesterday, at my officce and home and I got the same result, I dunno if it's a problem of the company (I got the same wifi provider in both places), or a problem with my iPhone, I'll try to got somewhere with a different company. Meanwhile I want to be sure it isn't an apple problem.

It's important to remark thatI already access to both wifi conections in the past without a problem.
