How to reset an IOS7 iPad to Factory Settings?

After configuring 16 iPads using Apple Configurator and a Macbook Pro, we have now decided we would like to keep one as a teacher iPad, in order to test apps from the App Store before sending them to other devices.

Is there a quick and easy way to reset one of the iPads back to standalone factory settings? We have locked the iPads down quite heavily to prevent students from making changes, and now can't find a way to reset one?

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

Also, see iTunes- Restoring iOS software.
