Cannot find way to download new songs even though followed link in email.

ITunes shows that I purchased an album and 3 pre-released songs were automatically downloaded but the new songs have not. I received an email this morning with a link stating that my purchase is ready for download and followed link but songs never downloaded. I went to ITunes store and clicked on purchase link and the only thing that shows up are the 3 pre-release songs. I have also clicked on check for available downloads and it says that "All purchases have been downloaded for this Apple ID". Please help me.
